Refund and Return Policy

At Filiso Biotech, we are committed to providing you with premium, science-led wellness products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with our return and refund process.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched/shipped from our warehouse.

  • Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of health and wellness products (hygiene and safety standards), we do not accept returns on opened or used products. We only offer replacements or returns in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Leaked Product: If the product is received in a damaged condition.

  • Wrong Product Received: If the item delivered does not match your order.

  • Missing Items: If an item is missing from your package.

  • Expired Product: If the product received has already passed its expiry date.

Note: Any such discrepancy must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request, we strictly require an unboxing video and clear photos of the package and products.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is verified and approved by our quality control team, the refund will be initiated.

  • Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5-7 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, our team will contact you to collect your bank account details or UPI ID to process the refund electronically.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or the seal is broken.

  • The request is made after the 48-hour window from the time of delivery.

  • The original packaging, labels, or invoice are missing.

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery.
